About the HR Manager Role:
Reporting to the HR Director, you will play a critical role in driving the HR department in areas of operations, recruitment, talent management, employee engagement and other HR aspects effectively and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all HR requirements from strategic to operational and administrative aspects
• Provide guidance and advisory to senior stakeholders in areas of compensation and benefits, employee engagement, business partnering, performance management and HR reporting matters
• Drive the end-to-end talent acquisition matters for the Singapore office, and ensure all HR processes and policies are aligned across the business
• Support line managers in all coaching, mentoring and personal development within their teams

To succeed in this HR Manager role, you must be experienced in managing the end-to-end HR generalist scope.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in HR management or related fields, with a minimum of seven years’ experience in human resource and office administration
• Experience working in a multinational organisation along with team management is vital for this role
• Strong knowledge of HR policies, labour laws and must have exposure to both blue and white collared workers
• Fluency in written and spoken English, with high proficiency in MS office
• Experienced working in a fast-paced environment and possesses the ability to partner with senior stakeholders, communicate priorities and drive business results
• Self-driven and highly independent with a positive work attitude and a strong people-oriented disposition
