HR Business Partner

A world-leading manufacturing company is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join their established brand. This is a newly created role where you will be driving various HR initiatives at a strategic level to achieve business objectives and goals.

About the HR Business Partner Role:
Reporting to the CFO, you will play a critical role in driving and developing HR initiatives, strategies and oversee the HR operations effectively and efficiently across their Asia region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR strategies to attract, develop and retain talents for current and future business objectives
• Liaise with other HR Managers in Asia to develop and implement HR strategies that are in line with the business needs, in areas of budgeting, staffing, labour relations, training & development, employee engagement, succession planning and talent development.
• Develop organisation strategies by identifying, researching and analysing human resources issues based on current market trends.
• Evaluate the organisation's future workforce needs and make recommendation to improve existing HR related programmes
• Oversee all HR initiatives and ensure adherence to internal policies and legal standards
• Work closely and provide sound advice to senior management on all HR related subjects

To succeed in this HR Business Partner role, you must possess a proactive approach in leading strategies along with a strong generalist background.

Key Requirements:

• A qualified degree holder with at least five years of HR experience as a generalist or business partner
• String knowledge in employment act and labour laws
• strategic mindset with the ability to spearhead initiatives and projects
• Good presentation and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact well with both internal and external customers
• Highly efficient and able to work under minimal supervision
