Our client is seeking a dedicated HR Communications Specialist to join their team in Singapore. This role is pivotal in strengthening the company's brand and reputation, both regionally and globally. The successful candidate will play a key role in the ongoing transformation of the company, developing communication strategies and programmes that enhance employee engagement and organisational purpose.

What you'll do:

As an HR Communications Specialist, you will be at the forefront of internal communications within the company. You will lead communication initiatives, working closely with executive leadership to improve messaging and engagement. Your role will involve designing a strategic approach to internal communication that aligns with regional business priorities. You will also provide crucial communications support for executive communications, corporate initiatives, and engagement campaigns. Additionally, you will design initiatives that support our organisational purpose and drive employee engagement. Your responsibilities will also include promoting compliant usage of regional social media accounts in line with the company's policy. Lastly, you will develop and manage media campaigns for major APAC events.

  • Lead internal communication and outreach initiatives
  • Design and develop an internal communication strategy aligned with regional business priorities
  • Provide communications support for executive communications, corporate initiatives, and engagement campaigns
  • Design, develop and plan initiatives to support our organization purpose and drive employee engagement
  • Promote compliant usage of regional social media accounts aligned with company’s social media Policy
  • Develop and manage media campaigns for major APAC events

What you bring:

The ideal HR Communications Specialist brings strong written communication skills to the table. You are proficient in design tools such as Canva or similar platforms. Your experience with content management systems (CMS), email marketing tools, and social media platforms equips you well for this role. An understanding of APAC cultures, customs, and languages would be desirable but not essential. Your ability to operate under pressure coupled with your strong organising ability makes you an excellent fit for this role.
