Location: Singapore Keywords: HR, Payroll, Executive, Operations, Administration On behalf of our client, we are seeking a proficient Human Resources Payroll Executive to join their team in Singapore. This role offers an attractive remuneration and the chance to work in a vibrant environment, overseeing Human Resources operations and payroll administration across multiple regions including Singapore, Thailand, Indonesia, Philippines, and Japan. The successful candidate will also play a pivotal role in the execution of a global payroll project.

What you'll do:

As a Human Resources Payroll Executive, your primary responsibility will be to oversee Human Resources operations and administration across several regions. You will prepare payroll action items, ensuring accurate and timely processing by collaborating effectively with third-party vendors. Your role will also involve supporting the execution of a global payroll vendor. You'll work closely with business services to provide support on benefits and leave enrolment for employees. Additionally, you'll manage external vendors for payroll, benefits, and mobility administration. Your role will also require you to maintain the HRIS system diligently while preparing monthly and ad hoc reports for various stakeholders.

  • Prepare payroll action items and ensure accurate and timely payroll processing by working closely with third party payroll vendors.
  • Support the execution of a global payroll vendor.
  • Work closely with business services in providing support on benefits and leave enrolment for employees.
  • Support Human Resources Business Partner in employee life cycle activities such as on-boarding and off-boarding.
  • Manage external vendors for payroll, benefits and mobility administration.
  • Work closely with immigration vendors to manage the work pass renewal and application process.
  • Maintain the Human Resources Information System (HRIS) and ensure all documents are saved in employee personnel files.
  • Prepare monthly and ad hoc reports for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Provide support in ad-hoc Human Resources projects if required.

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for this Human Resources Payroll Executive position brings along a wealth of skills and experiences. You should have proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint with advanced Excel skills including pivot tables and vlookup. A deep understanding of payroll and employment regulations within SEA is crucial. You should hold a diploma or bachelor’s degree in business administration, Human Resources or related field with at least 2 years’ experience as a Human Resources generalist, focusing on managing payroll. Knowledge of Human Resources practices and labour laws is essential. Your ability to communicate effectively, work efficiently, and demonstrate good interpersonal skills will set you apart. We value positive thinking, reliability, enthusiasm, and teamwork.
