- Oversee and execute all aspects of monthly payroll activities for the resort, including accurate processing of salaries, statutory contributions, tax filings, and other related requirements in accordance with Singapore’s employment laws.
- Respond promptly and empathetically to payroll-related inquiries from staff members, ensuring clear communication and resolution while upholding service standards.
- Assist senior HR leadership in setting up and implementing the resort’s payroll system from inception, contributing insights into best practices and compliance requirements.
- Develop, document, and maintain payroll policies that align with both organisational objectives and regulatory obligations within Singapore.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams during the pre-opening phase to ensure seamless integration of payroll processes into broader HR operations.
- Monitor changes in employment legislation relevant to payroll management, proactively updating internal procedures as necessary to maintain compliance.
