The Head of HR will be responsible for overseeing all HR functions, driving strategic HR initiatives, and ensuring the alignment of HR practices with the company's overall goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership and Management: Provide strategic direction and leadership to the HR corporate unit, ensuring alignment with the company's overall goals and objectives.
  • HR Strategy: Develop and implement HR strategies that support the company's business objectives and enhance employee engagement and productivity.
  • Talent Management: Oversee talent acquisition, development, and retention strategies to build a high-performing workforce.
  • Employee Relations: Foster a positive work environment and manage employee relations, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Performance Management: Implement and manage performance management systems to ensure employees meet their goals and contribute to the company's success.
  • Compensation and Benefits: Design and manage competitive compensation and benefits programs to attract and retain top talent.
  • Learning and Development: Develop and oversee training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
  • HR Compliance: Ensure all HR activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Change Management: Lead HR-related change management initiatives to support organizational transformation and growth.
  • HR Metrics and Reporting: Monitor HR metrics and provide regular reports to senior management on HR performance and initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 15 years of relevant experience in human resources management, with a strong background in overseeing HR operations and leading large teams ,but can bring the Strategic Know how to help with a Company Tranformation. If you have a experince in the Real Estate/ Property Management/ Facilities Management industry you will at an advantage here
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Skills:
    • Strong leadership and management skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Proven ability to develop and implement HR strategies.
    • In-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices, and industry standards.
    • Ability to think strategically and drive innovation.
    • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in managing HR operations within a large organization.
  • Familiarity with the latest HR technologies and methodologies.
  • Professional certifications in human resources management or related fields.

  1. Talent Management and Acquisition:
  • Time to Hire: Average number of days taken to fill open positions
  • Quality of Hire: Performance ratings of new hires after six months
  • Retention Rate: Percentage of employees retained over a specific period
