HR Director - Real Estate/ Property/ Facilities Managemnent
The Head of HR will be responsible for overseeing all HR functions, driving strategic HR initiatives, and ensuring the alignment of HR practices with the company's overall goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership and Management: Provide strategic direction and leadership to the HR corporate unit, ensuring alignment with the company's overall goals and objectives.
- HR Strategy: Develop and implement HR strategies that support the company's business objectives and enhance employee engagement and productivity.
- Talent Management: Oversee talent acquisition, development, and retention strategies to build a high-performing workforce.
- Employee Relations: Foster a positive work environment and manage employee relations, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Performance Management: Implement and manage performance management systems to ensure employees meet their goals and contribute to the company's success.
- Compensation and Benefits: Design and manage competitive compensation and benefits programs to attract and retain top talent.
- Learning and Development: Develop and oversee training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
- HR Compliance: Ensure all HR activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Change Management: Lead HR-related change management initiatives to support organizational transformation and growth.
- HR Metrics and Reporting: Monitor HR metrics and provide regular reports to senior management on HR performance and initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 15 years of relevant experience in human resources management, with a strong background in overseeing HR operations and leading large teams ,but can bring the Strategic Know how to help with a Company Tranformation. If you have a experince in the Real Estate/ Property Management/ Facilities Management industry you will at an advantage here
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
