- Analyse market trends, regulatory risks, competitor activities, and consumer behaviour to inform agile decision-making and adapt strategies effectively.
- Ensure all stores consistently deliver high standards of quality, speed, cleanliness, and service that delight customers at every touchpoint.
- Monitor key performance metrics including sales, productivity, profitability, customer satisfaction, waste reduction, and operational compliance.

- Demonstrated expertise in operations management with full P&L accountability is crucial for this role.
