This role operates within the Office of the Head of Global Markets Division, supporting key initiatives and ensuring the smooth running of the Global Markets Division across businesses and regions in a fast-paced market environment.

What you'll do:

As an Associate - Executive Office Support, your role will be pivotal in supporting key initiatives and ensuring smooth operations within the Global Markets Division. You will be responsible for managing daily operations, facilitating high-level meetings and events, and enhancing internal and external communication strategies. Your ability to identify and monitor issues impacting management effectiveness will be crucial. Additionally, you will assist in creating impactful management presentations and collaborate on wider firm-wide initiatives.

  • Support on the day to day management of the Global Markets office
  • Ensure effective execution of key meetings, executive committees, management offsites and other events to facilitate senior level decision making in the Global Markets division
  • Facilitate timely and smooth communications at a leadership level
  • Identify, analyze and monitor issues that affect the effectiveness of the GM management function
  • Work with Corporate Communications to raise the profile of Global Markets Division internally and externally
  • Support management presentations including business plans, reviews, offsite presentations, town halls
  • Work closely with the Strategy teams and COOs on broader firm-wide initiatives

You possess excellent communication skills which enable you to interact confidently with senior business leaders. Your proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel aids you in effectively managing tasks. A keen interest in capital markets industry trends is essential for this role. Your ability to maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive information is paramount.

  • Organised individual who can manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving executive environment
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Ability to interact confidently with senior business leadership on a range of topics
  • Strong Word, PowerPoint and Excel proficiency
  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion while handling sensitive information and executive communications
  • Interest in the wider Capital Markets industry including key trends and market dynamics including Market Structure, Fintech, Regulations
  • Ability to work on multiple projects and initiatives
