A hedge fund company is seeking a talented Senior Facilities Coordinator (Temp to Perm). If you are immediately available and able to commit to the contract duration, this job opportunity is ideal for you as the contract is highly extendable subject to your performance and business requirements.

About the Senior Facilities Coordinator (Temp to Rerm) Role:
You will provide assistant and support in the delivery of day to day facilities services and administrative functions for the Singapore office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate with users in a helpful and timely manner regarding all facilities requests to ensure appropriate expectations are established
• Manage maintenance and inspection of key parts of the facility, to ensure that equipment is working to its best capability and to minimise the risk of failure
• Plan, coordinate and monitor the execution of office maintenance works
• Perform daily inspections and walkthroughs to ensure clean, operational and effective facilities
• Handle facilities and ad hoc issues, e.g. complaints regarding A/C, lighting, desks and chairs, etc.
• Coordinate between users and relevant teams for internal workstation movements for new hires, transfers, necessary desk moves or termination
• Participate and assist with the planning, coordination and execution of different events
• Maintain good level of inventories for office supplies and pantry items
• Manage reception desk, act as back up when necessary
• Prepare various reports for management review on bi-weekly, monthly and quarterly basis
• Communicate closely with payment team to ensure submitted invoices are processed
• Participate and assist in annual budget forecasting, review and monitor the budget implementation throughout the daily operations
• Monitor performance of external vendors, liaises with both internal and external parties to ensure the deliverables are meet with the firm’s requirements

To succeed in this Senior Facilities Coordinator (Temp to Perm) role, you must have the ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree
• Requires five to seven years of experience in administrative or customer service capacity. Real estate or facilities management experience is preferred
