A rapidly expanding retailer is seeking a talented candidate for a Customer Care Advisor job for their growing team based in Singapore.

About the Customer Care Advisor Role:
Due to excellent results and future expansion plans, the Customer Care Advisor plays a key role in contributing to the company's success. Your main responsibility will be to ensure the effective handling of customer relationship management and ensure a customer-centric approach, equipped with a positive customer experience, in line with the brand's image.

Key Responsibilities:

• Daily interacting with B2C and B2B customers in response to product or customer service requests in a professional, accurate and timely manner through the customer care hotline, emails, live chats or any other channels
• Provide support and comprehensive information related to the after sales services as well as the brand, collections and technical specifications
• Managing B2C refused estimates of service repairs and proactively interacting with B2B partners to resolve effectively all end customer requests and complaints (incl. direct contact if a consent from end customer is obtained)
• Assisting customers in making purchasing decisions and looking for cross-selling opportunities (e.g. additional accessories)
• Handling customer requests/issues/complaints in line with the company and brand standards, policies and processes to further drive and improve customer experience
• Performing other job-related duties or tasks defined by the line manager or resulting from assigned tasks

To succeed in this Customer Care Advisor job, you will need to have the ability to manage various stakeholders whilst providing excellent customer service skills throughout the entire process. The ideal candidate is solution and customer service oriented.

Key Requirements:

• Prior experience in front-line customer service and managing complaints through a variety of access channels
• Knowledge of SAP, Sales Force (or other order ticketing system) will be a strong asset
• Advanced level of ‘local language (readiness to serve customers)
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills and attitude
• Readiness to learn technical specifications related to the watch industry
• Ability to work both independently and within a team under stressful situations
