An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Chief of Staff to support a C-Suite in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role within the organisation. This position provides an excellent platform to interface with executives and contribute significantly to strategic planning and decision-making processes.

What you'll do:

As Chief of Staff, you will be at the heart of our operations, providing paramount support to our C Suite. Your role will involve running strategic projects, managing packed schedules, addressing administrative needs, and collaborating with global colleagues. You will have the opportunity to be actively involved in strategic planning and decision-making processes alongside the C-suite. Your ability to develop presentations that align with our standards while emphasising strategic elements will be crucial. You will also serve as a key liaison between the executive team and other departments within the firm, facilitating open communication and collaboration.

  • Manage and ensure the smooth operation of the executive office
  • Actively participate in strategic planning and decision-making processes alongside the C-suite
  • Develop presentations that align with company standards, emphasising strategic elements
  • Serve as a trusted advisor for both immediate and future strategic considerations for the C-suite
  • Facilitate open communication and collaboration between the executive team and other departments within the firm
  • Analyse operational processes and implement improvements for efficiency and effectiveness
  • Coordinate fund raising logistics, investor relations, and partnership management
  • Lead the planning and execution of major company events and off sites, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives

What you will bring:

The ideal Chief of Staff candidate brings a wealth of experience supporting C-level executives, preferably founders or CEOs. Ideally you will have worked in an environment that is highly dynamic and ever changing. You will possess excellent organisational skills which enable you to manage multiple priorities effectively. You must have also worked in a project based environment had to develop and delivery different commercial strategies with minimal support. Your strong communication skills, both written and verbal, will be essential in this role. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and calendar management tools is a must. You have a proven ability to take initiative, work independently, and exercise sound judgement. Above all, you demonstrate impeccable professionalism, discretion, and commitment to confidentiality.

  • Minimum of 5 years experience supporting C-level executives, preferably CEOs/Founders
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Be able to demonstrate a strong strategic and commercial mindset
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and calendar management tools
  • Proven ability to take initiative, work independently, and exercise judgement
  • Impeccable professionalism, discretion, and commitment to confidentiality
  • Bachelor's degree required
