Strategy Manager

About the Strategy Manager Role:
Reporting to the Head of Corporate Strategy and Excellence, you will develop and implement strategic initiatives aimed at driving growth and identifying additional market opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with a team of analysts to drive market research and identify trends and opportunities
• Develop and implement key initiatives and strategies to drive product offerings and distribution
• Work with Head of Strategy in developing a competitive intelligence capability
• Work across leadership, product and business excellence team to drive key priorities and insights

The successful candidate must have drive strong organic and inorganic growth, bringing corporate strategy experience.

Key Requirements:

• A Degree in Business/Finance/Economics
• At least five years of external consulting experience or experience within life insurance/finance industry
• Strong analytical skills coupled with strong ability to manage internal stakeholders
• Excellent communication skills
• Good financial modelling and data analysis experience
