An exciting Risk Management (six-month contract) job has just become available at one of the most respected global financial institutions based in Singapore. This is a role that will sit under the COO office in risk management. Depending on performance, this role might get converted to perm.
About the Risk Management (six-month contract) Role:
In this business critical role, you will be responsible for being part of the COO office, in the risk management team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Budgeting – annual exercise and monitoring of actuals vs budget
- Headcount management - assist in the execution of plans in the region and coordination with global COO teams
- Training including culture conversations, officer vs non officer trainings, new hire trainings – involves coordination with NY COO team
- Manage employee communications relating to various policies
- Be the Business Unit Information Security Officer and Business Continuity Planning
- Outsourcing
- Space/office management
- Legal entity risk governance
To succeed in this Risk Management (six-month contract) role, you will need experience in collateral operations.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum of eight years, preferably with similar banks and financial institutions
- Budgeting experience
- Excellent at communicating with people at all levels
- Risk governance experience is a plus
