An exciting Market Risk Reporting Analyst (one-year contract) job has just become available at one of the most respected multinational mining companies based in Singapore. This is a role sits in the global risk reporting team and reports to the Global Risk Reporting Manager.

About the Market Risk Reporting Analyst (one-year contract) Role:
In this business critical role, you will be responsible for BAU validation and risk reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Price loading and validation
• Running end-of-day processes
• Validating the books P&L and exposures
• Analysing the P&L and preparing reports
• Monitoring of limits and margin requirements
• Supporting continuous improvement initiatives

To succeed in this Market Risk Reporting Analyst (one-year contract) role, you will need to be have experience in either product control or risk reporting.

Key Requirements:

• Three to five years of relevant experience in middle office, product control functions for risk reporting (experience with commodities preferred)
• Degree educated with a qualification in finance, business or economics
• Quantitative disciplines (such as engineering, mathematics, etc.) will be viewed favourably as well
• Numerate and attentive to detail
• Comfortable in working with systems and spreadsheets
