An exciting Marketing Executive job has just become available at one of the most respected financial institutions based in Singapore. This is a role for Marketing Executive who is fluent in this field.
About the Marketing Executive Role:
In this business critical role, you will be responsible for website revamp, website administration, interviews, events and assisting in other admin matters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Website revamp – document notes for meetings and agreements, liaise with web developer and help check that the web developer has addressed all outstanding points discussed, admin matters such as billings
- Website admin – daily monitoring of news relating to board diversity and highlight relevant news to the team, craft captions for such news to be posted on LinkedIn and website, and Update website with such news, or other adjustments to website (requires experience in using wordpress CMS and some basic HTML knowledge)
- Interview with women leaders – project management including developing themes, admin coordination for interview guests and writers, create layout of the article, publicise the article on suitable platforms
- Events – assist in event planning and coordination
- Assist in other admin matters
To succeed in this Marketing Executive role, you will need to have prior experience in marketing and PR agency.
Key Requirements:
- Diploma/degree in Mass Communication or Business administration
- Minimum of two years' relevant working experience
