An exciting Market Risk Reporting Analyst (one-year contract) job has just become available at one of the most respected multinational mining companies based in Singapore. This is a role sits in the global risk reporting team and reports to the Global Risk Reporting Manager.
About the Market Risk Reporting Analyst (one-year contract) Role:
In this business critical role, you will be responsible for BAU validation and risk reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Price loading and validation
- Running end-of-day processes
- Validating the books P&L and exposures
- Analysing the P&L and preparing reports
- Monitoring of limits and margin requirements
- Supporting continuous improvement initiatives
To succeed in this Market Risk Reporting Analyst (one-year contract) role, you will need to be have experience in either product control or risk reporting.
Key Requirements:
- Three to five years of relevant experience in middle office, product control functions for risk reporting (experience with commodities preferred)
- Degree educated with a qualification in Finance, Business or Economics.
- Quantitative disciplines such as in engineering, mathematics, etc. will be viewed favourably as well
- Numerate and attention to detail
- Comfortable in working with systems and spreadsheets
