What you'll do:

As a Client Lifecycle Management Specialist (AVP), you will play a crucial role in supporting the manager through client documentation review during the account onboarding process. You will be responsible for applying regulatory requirements and internal policies, working closely with Relationship Managers to ensure all client documentation is accurate. Your role will also involve maintaining and tracking documentation, reviewing documents for external asset managers, strategic partnerships, and independent agents. Additionally, you will be tasked with updating systems, preparing reports, archiving documents, verifying signatures for clients' instructions, processing digital internet access kits, facilitating credit documentation, and participating in independent call back for verification purposes.

  • Provide documentation review for client account onboarding and change of circumstances
  • Apply regulatory requirements and internal policies
  • Work closely with Relationship Managers to ensure all client documentation are correct
  • Maintain and track documentation
  • Review of documentation for external asset managers, strategic partnerships and independent agents
  • Update systems including account opening and maintenance
  • Prepare reports and archive electronic and physical documentation
  • Verify signatures for clients’ instructions
  • Process client digital internet access kits
  • Facilitate credit documentation

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for the Client Lifecycle Management Specialist (AVP) position brings a wealth of private banking experience to the table. With at least 10 years in the industry under your belt, you are well-versed in AML/SoW procedures. Your meticulous attention to detail sets you apart from others, as does your quality-driven mindset. You are highly motivated, always willing to go the extra mile in order to maintain high-quality client satisfaction. Your excellent analytical and problem-solving skills enable you to tackle any challenge that comes your way.

  • Minimum 10 years of private banking experience
  • Knowledge of AML/SoW will be advantageous
  • Highly motivated and a team player
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Quality-driven mindset with an openness to learning new things
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Client-oriented approach with a focus on service delivery
