Our client is seeking a Japanese-speaking Associate for their Client Services Wealth Management team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to manage relationships and develop new business with Japanese UHNW clients.
- Manage relationships with Japanese Wealth Management clients and stakeholders
- Coordinate with relevant divisions and departments
What you'll do:
As an Associate in Client Services, your primary responsibility will be managing relationships with Japanese Wealth Management clients. You will be tasked with maximising profitability from these portfolios while also identifying opportunities for new business development. You will work closely with various divisions and departments within the organisation to provide a wide range of global financial solutions to our customers. Your ability to leverage the customer base through a proposal-based approach will be crucial in this role.
- Manage relationships with Japanese Wealth Management clients and Relationship Managers
- Help with operational queries, and providing the best quality client servicing
- Client reporting and being the SME pertaining to client queries
What you bring:
The ideal candidate for the Associate in Client Services position is someone who holds a Bachelor’s Degree and has at least three years of relevant experience. Knowledge in wealth management or securities businesses would be advantageous. High levels of influencing skills coupled with having an eye for detail are key to succeed in this role.
- Bachelor’s Degree with at least three years of relevant experience
- Exposure to Private Wealth or Security Services
- High levels of influencing skills
- High attention to detail
- Native Japanese language ability/ JLPT 1 or 2 to converse with Japanese clients (must have due to language barrier)
