This role offers the opportunity to drive revenue growth through the development and execution of new business strategies. The successful candidate will be responsible for fostering long-term relationships with key business practices, individual sales personnel, and advisers.

As an Account Director, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company's growth by developing new business strategies. Your ability to understand their business needs and objectives will be crucial in delivering exceptional service. You will set ambitious growth targets and develop innovative sales strategies. Your leadership skills will inspire your team to meet these targets. You will also collaborate with various internal teams to deliver solutions that meet client needs. Your keen eye for detail will enable you to monitor sales performance metrics effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key business practices to understand their business needs and objectives.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for key business practices, addressing any concerns and ensuring exceptional service.
  • Set new business growth targets, develop sales strategies, motivate leaders and advisers, monitor performance, and provide support and guidance to ensure targets are met.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and effectiveness of the Partnership.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, investment, and proposition development, to deliver solutions that meet client needs.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and track progress against sales targets of key business practices.
  • Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on key activities, sales forecasts, and opportunities.
