Key Responsibilities

• Conduct research and analysis on Private Equity and Energy investment opportunities.
• Support investment due diligence and risk assessment processes.
• Prepare investment reports, financial models, and documentation to support decision-making.
• Monitor portfolio performance and assist in ongoing investment reviews.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure effective execution.

To succeed in this role, the Private Equity Associate – Energy must have a successful track record of completed deals in the region within the energy sector and a passion for the heavy industries sector.

Requirements

• 5 years of experience in Energy and Private Equity investments.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to assess investment risks.
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
• Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently in a dynamic environment.
• Some regional travel involved in this role.
