Account Documentation Analyst
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a professional with Private Wealth experience to join a highly respected global banking institution based in Singapore.
This role is critical to the business, requiring management, coordination, and tracking of Client Accounts. The successful candidate will ensure that client accounts are maintained in compliance with the firm's global standards and local regulatory requirements.

What you'll do:
As an Account Documentation Analyst, your role will be pivotal in maintaining the integrity of our client accounts. You will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks including preparing welcome packs, scanning documents, and archiving. Your attention to detail will be crucial in ensuring accurate CIP/KYC information is entered into the Client Account Maintenance Tool. You will also perform periodic reviews and ad hoc Enhanced Due Diligence reviews for higher risk accounts. Managing regular account review cycles and liaising with Sales teams will also form part of your responsibilities.
- Perform administrative support tasks such as preparation of welcome pack, document scanning and archiving.
- Ensure accurate CIP/KYC information entered into the Client Account Maintenance Tool during Change Request process.
- Perform Periodic Review to ensure adherence to procedures.
- Perform ad hoc Enhanced Due Diligence review for higher risk accounts.
- Manage regular account review cycles such as SGAI, VC, IPQ, and Insider Declaration.
- Liaise and follow up with Sales teams on Change Request or Periodic Review related information/ documentation.

Your fluency in English and Mandarin will be key to your success in this role. A strong sense of risk and fraud control is essential, along with proficiency in MS Office applications. Furthermore, your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will enable you to liaise effectively with various teams.
