Our client is seeking a diligent and hardworking Analyst, Trading Assistant (Structured Credit) to join their dynamic team. What you'll do:

As an Analyst, Trading Assistant (Structured Credit), your role will be crucial in supporting the smooth operation of our trading desks. You will provide operational support and expertise to traders and sales professionals, helping them maximise their productivity. Your responsibilities will include coordinating trade execution by liaising with traders, clients and other internal teams; maintaining and updating trade records; preparing reports and presentations; monitoring market data; and assisting in the analysis of financial information for trading decisions.

• Provide front line support for business activities
• Ensure due diligence has been carried out on all new structured credit transactions
• Maintain the highest standards of trade capture, life cycling and monitoring
• Liaise constantly with Sales, Structuring, Trading, IT, Finance, Risk, Operations, Legal and Compliance
• Review term sheets to ensure all aspects of the transaction are captured
• Input real-time exceptions related to regulations into Trade Capture Systems

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for the Analyst, Trading Assistant (Structured Credit) role is a dependable team player who thrives in high-pressure environments. You bring a commitment to accuracy and a knack for building strong working relationships with the Front Office. Your ability to learn quickly and apply your knowledge to new situations will be key to your success in this role. Experience in Front Office support roles such as Trading Assistant or Middle Office would be highly beneficial. Knowledge of Structured Products including Credit Default Swap, Total Return Swap, Repo would also be advantageous.
