This role offers an exciting opportunity to provide day-to-day account servicing, resolution and operational requests for accounts and clients.

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, resolving and discovering root causes through research and analysis to provide solutions in a timely manner with error-free quality. This role requires a proactive approach to problem resolution, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure.

What you'll do:

As a Client Fulfilment Advisor, your primary responsibility will be providing exceptional service to our clients. You will handle day-to-day account servicing, resolution and operational requests for accounts and clients. Your keen eye for detail will enable you to identify, resolve and discover root causes through research and analysis. You will also manage the coordination of workflow to business partners when handling escalations of more complex issues. Working closely with various internal teams such as Sales, Client Fulfilment, Operations, Technical Helpdesk will be crucial in providing the client with a seamless experience.

  • Provide day-to-day account servicing, resolution and operational requests for accounts and clients
  • Identify, resolve and discover root causes through research and analysis
  • Handle escalations of more complex issues by managing the coordination of workflow to business partners
  • Work closely with Sales, Client Fulfilment, Operations, Technical Helpdesk as well as other internal partners
  • Act as a trusted advisor to the client through a consultative approach
  • Work independently with minimal supervision and promptly escalate matters requiring senior attention

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for the Client Fulfilment Advisor role brings a wealth of experience in corporate card solutions along with at least 2 years of client-facing experience. Your ability to be self-directed and flexible will be key in this role. We are looking for a strong team player who is enthusiastic, committed and able to work under pressure. Your strong attention to detail will be critical in ensuring error-free quality in your work. A proactive approach to problem resolution is essential along with proven ability to create and deliver business results.

  • Good knowledge of various corporate card solutions
  • Minimum of 2 years client facing experience
  • Ability to be self-directed and flexible
  • Strong team player who is enthusiastic and committed
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, navigate change, and prioritize daily tasks
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Proactive approach to problem resolution
  • Proven ability to create and deliver business results
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
