Corporate Actions Lead

Our client is seeking a highly experienced and knowledgeable Corporate Actions Lead to join their dynamic team in Singapore. This role offers an exciting opportunity to manage the Corporate Actions processing within the Asia Securities Operations team, acting as a key point of contact for Asian clients and stakeholders.

What you'll do:

As a Corporate Actions Lead, your role will be pivotal in managing the Corporate Actions processing within the Asia Securities Operations team.

• Ensure operational efficiency and excellence
• Taking charge of various operations projects and initiatives
• Enhancing client service standards within the team
• Serves as the main point of contact for clients

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for this Corporate Actions Lead position brings a wealth of experience in banking or finance along with a deep understanding of Corporate Actions processes.

• At least 7 years of experiences and familiar with financial products
• Great stakeholder management skills - both internal and external
• People management experience is critical as you will be managing a team
