Our client is seeking a meticulous and collaborative Corporate Actions Analyst to join their dynamic team in Singapore.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the operations of a leading financial institution, with a focus on processing corporate actions income and events for SG and HK booking centres. The successful candidate will be part of a supportive team environment, where they can grow their skills and make a significant impact.

What you'll do:

As a Corporate Actions Analyst, you will play a crucial role in the operations department, ensuring the smooth processing of corporate actions income and events. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include liaising with custodians, handling queries from various stakeholders, and participating in UAT and ad hoc projects. You will also be responsible for preparing disclosure letters of shareholder requests from companies. This role requires meticulous attention to detail, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.

  • Ensure timely and accurate data entry for processing all Incomes/Corporate events
  • Liaise with custodians for clarification on incomes/events
  • Prepare disclosure letter of shareholder request from companies
  • Handle queries from Relationship Managers/Management Assistants/Custodians on the incomes/events
  • Pass entries for commission fees collected or update waiver file if fees are waived
  • Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ad hoc projects

The ideal Corporate Actions Analyst will bring a wealth of knowledge in equity, bond, and derivatives. You will have proven experience demonstrating meticulous attention to detail and strong interpersonal skills. The ability to communicate effectively will enable you to liaise with various stakeholders and handle queries efficiently. You will also bring an understanding of change management, with the ability to explain and support changes within the organisation. Your adaptability will allow you to thrive in our fast-paced environment.

  • Knowledge of equity/bond/derivatives is essential
