What you'll do:
As a Client Services Officer, you will be at the heart of the company's operations, acting as a bridge between their valued clients and various departments within the company. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include providing professional support to clients regarding the company’s services and trading platforms, clarifying any queries they may have. You'll also play a vital role in the onboarding process, liaising with Compliance and Back-Office Functions during KYC procedures. Your ability to provide multilingual support will be invaluable in this role. A key part of your role will be nurturing relationships with our client’s clientele, contributing significantly to client retention. You'll also handle client inquiries and complaints, ensuring they're addressed promptly and effectively.

  • Act as the focal point of contact between the client and the company
  • Provide professional support to clients in relation to the company's service, trading platforms and other relevant applications
  • Clarify trading data and platform information to clients
  • Liaise between the Compliance department and/or Back-Office Function and the client during account opening stages (KYC procedures)
  • Request and obtain necessary identification and due diligence documents from clients during onboarding process
  • Provide multilingual support to clients when necessary
  • Enhance and develop long-standing relationships with the company's clientele
  • Improve client retention through effective communication and problem-solving strategies
  • Receive client inquiries and complaints, ensuring they are referred to the Compliance Manager in an orderly and timely manner

What you bring:
The ideal candidate for the Client Services Officer role is someone who brings a blend of technical knowledge, language proficiency, and interpersonal skills. You should be proficient in English and Mandarin, enabling you to provide multilingual support to our client’s diverse client base. Your experience with KYC procedures during account opening stages will be crucial in this role. Additionally, your ability to provide professional support regarding our client’s services and trading platforms will be highly valued. A strong commitment towards improving client retention rates is essential for success in this role. Lastly, the successful candidate will already possess CMFAS 1B and 6A qualifications.
