About the Trade Operations Associate Role:
In this business critical role, you will be responsible for processing the settlement of FX derivatives within the operations department.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process booking confirmations and settlement of Singapore/HK/Swiss-booked accounts for FX derivatives including options, accumulators and decumulators
• Reconcile and manage lifecycle for FX derivatives and daily reconciliations and investigations on any exceptions
• Support for derivatives module static data set-up
• Participate in UAT for ongoing operations enhancements
• Manage daily DTCC MAS derivatives reporting returns monitoring
• Devise proactively control procedures to prevent operational risk to the firm
• Manage ad hoc projects and liaise with both internal/external counterparts in different regions

To succeed in this Trade Operations Analyst role in a business control management environment, you will need to have the ability to work as a team player.

Key Requirements:

• Experience with FX derivative products
• Familiar with product workflow including market settlement
• VBA and SQL programming skills is beneficial
• Strong communication skills
• Problem-solving skills
