An exciting Operations Manager job opportunity has just become available at an independent, Singapore-based multi-strategy fund manager. Reporting directly to the COO, this is a newly created role for an ambitious professional with previous experience in fund operations.

About the Operations Manager Role:
In this role, you will be a key part of the fund’s operations right from the get-go. You will be exposed to all aspects of operations and will have the chance to build a wide and diverse skill set as part of a focused and dedicated team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identifying potential areas for process improvement and driving projects to improve efficiencies, with a focus on automation and outsourcing
• Managing front-to-back post-execution trade support across the full trade life cycle
• Supporting the production and dissemination of monthly and quarterly reporting
• Overseeing and supporting outsourced processes, liaising with internal and external stakeholders to ensure service standards are upheld
• Maintaining and improving standard documentation, DDQs, and collateral for external distribution
• Participating in other ad hoc projects and tasks as required

To succeed in this Operations Manager role, you must have strong prior experience in fund operations. Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university
• At least four years of relevant experience in financial services
• Experience with process improvement and/or automation projects is added advantage
• Familiarity with NAV calculation reporting
