An exciting Wealth Management Product Control Analyst (six months contract) job has just become available at one of the most respected global banking institutions based in Singapore. This role requires you to be part of the AIMTP project.

About the Wealth Management Product Control Analyst (six months contract) Role:
In this business critical role, you will be responsible for trade booking monitoring and order matching.

Key Responsibilities:

Inter-system reconciliation

• Perform daily inter-system reconciliation
• Reconcile trade positions between interfaced applications to ensure application interface integrity
• Reconcile trade positions between non-interface applications to ensure data capture integrity and completeness
• Manage daily checks on exception reports generated

Trade booking monitoring and order matching

• Monitor the money market, small FX and security order input to AAA daily
• Manage weekly checks on cash, deposit, loan and security orders that are not in accounted status in AAA
• Perform daily order matching of simulated orders and executed transactions in Pearl to close the suitability gap
• Liaise closely with the front office to resolve discrepancies

Management reporting and support activities

• Produce regular product related reports and statistics

Team Support

• Log activity completion and quality issues
• Cover team members’ duties in their absence as needed

To succeed in this Wealth Management Product Control Analyst (six months contract) role, you will need to have basic understanding of wealth management.

Key Requirements:

• Basic understanding of financial concepts
• Money market/FX and securities/derivatives product knowledge
• VBA, Excel, Power BI and Tableau (beneficial but not essential)
