About the Loan Operations, AVP/Associate Role:
In this role, you will be part of the Loan Operations and Agency (LOA) team. Your responsibility will include BAU processing and booking for loans, guarantees, invoice discount financing and securities into the firm’s internal system.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process/approve loans, guarantees using platforms such as LAMPS, Gbase, etc.
- Monitor commitment fee payments, etc.
- Handle applications for loans and guarantees
- Prepare swift payments
- Prepare and check guarantee text and processing transactions within the Gtee platform
- Prepare and check monthly reports
- Manage all administrative duties related to processing loans and guarantees, and so forth
To succeed in this Loan Operations, AVP/Associate role, you must have extensive experience in the loan operations and/or agency operations.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Finance, Business or any relevant discipline
- At least five years of relevant working experience in either reputable banks or financial firm, within the loan discipline supporting institutional lending
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic and high-pressure environment
- Strong language ability in English, both written and spoken
- Enjoys working in a team, while also being a strong independent contributor
- Knowledge in SWIFT payment
