About the Portfolio Operations & Investor Relations Analyst Role:
Reporting to the Head of Operations, this is a role for an ambitious professional with previous experience in portfolio operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform portfolio analysis and prepare portfolio information for client reporting and deliverables
• Prepare investor reports, presentations, and other marketing/client documents
• Assist in the management and tracking of client subscription/redemption/distribution processes
• Liaise with external partners such as distributors, fund administrators, and auditors
• Update standard DDQ and assist with ad hoc due diligence requests

To succeed in this Portfolio Operations & Investor Relations Analyst role, you should have prior experience in a relevant field. The right candidate will demonstrate a strong work ethic and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask, prioritise and organise time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance from an accredited university
• Relevant experience in portfolio operations
