An attractive Executive, Derivatives Documentation job has just become available at a reputable financial services firm based in Singapore. You will report directly to the Senior Manager who is based in Hong Kong.

About the Executive, Derivatives Documentation Role:
In this role, you will be performing regulatory trade reporting for derivatives transactions as required by regulators. You will also be responsible for drafting, reviewing, and managing timely delivery of warrant documents to support the warrant trading business in Sydney, Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong and Taiwan.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft and review ISDA confirmations for derivatives transactions
• Ensure ISDA confirmation is executed on a timely manner
• Raise any confirmation discrepancy to internal legal or front office to resolve the break

To succeed in this Executive, Derivatives Documentation role, you will need at least three years of experience in ISDA documentation within the financial industry. The right candidate will also understand the full trade life cycle of equity derivatives and fixed income.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• At least three to five years of experience in documentation (ISDA preferably) and market operations, within the banking or financial industry
• Product knowledge and hands-on experiences in equity derivatives and fixed income
• Specific experience in equity markets is desirable while fixed income is also of interest
• Strong stakeholder management, where confidence and good communication skills are highly sought after
• Experience in regulatory reporting is advantageous
• Knowledge in robotic tools/applications is an advantage
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
