About the Receptionist & Administration Officer Role:
In this business-critical role, you will be handling customer and client calls and general administrative duties.
- Answer calls and respond to customer and client queries
- Assist with customer queries and help them fill in forms (call and email)
- Prepare the briefing for meetings
- Provide secretarial duties and administrative support to the investment team (calendar / meeting / room management)
To succeed in this Receptionist & Administration Officer role, you will need to possess excellent communication skills and be client-oriented.
- Two years' experience in a similar role (admin, call centre, etc.)
- Prior experience working in the financial industry world
- Good phone etiquette
- Capable of being a team player
