About the Real Estate Investment Analyst Role:
In this role, you will be exposed to and be responsible for all stages of the deal life cycle, and will have to leverage and develop a strong technical toolkit and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conducting due diligence and building financial models to qualify and assess potential real estate investment opportunities on a qualitative and quantitative basis
• Preparing and presenting investment memos and recommendations based on assessment of potential opportunities’ feasibility
• Producing and disseminating reports to external investors on existing portfolio of investments on a quarterly basis
• Acting as point of contact for investors and handling incoming queries and requests for ad-hoc analysis

To succeed in this Real Estate Investment Analyst role, you must have prior experience and an understanding of the real estate investment process. The right candidate will demonstrate the excellent communication skills required to work seamlessly with team members across the region.

Key Requirements:

• Between two and five years of experience in Real Estate Investment
• Excellent technical and execution skill set including strong financial modelling skills
• Driven mindset and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Prior exposure to investor relations an added advantage
