RFP Investment Analyst

An exciting one-year contract RFP Investment Analyst job has just become available at one of the most respected investment management firms based in Singapore.

About the RFP Investment Analyst Role:
In this business critical role, you will be responsible for assisting to provide sales related support to Southeast Asian institutional accounts and clients. This will be through supporting the team in business management and other sales activities and broadening distribution of funds and investment services across South East Asia.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide sales support to ensure the timely and efficient responses to client inquiries
• Participate in client meetings and assist with business development opportunities
• Prepare customised deliverables for clients, which include the preparation of reports, commentaries, factsheets, pitchbooks, presentations, meeting and conference call set ups, collation of portfolio/fund performance
• Assist in the identification and analysis of client issues, and provide necessary support in the resolution of such issues
• Liaise with internal stakeholders to meet and address client deliverables, including Portfolio Specialists, Product Management, Global Client Service Support, New Business Services, Portfolio Administration, Compliance, Legal and Risk/Performance Management, and Investment Management
• Prepare DDQs/RFPs, client books and presentation materials for portfolio review meetings and/or business development activities
• Distribute white papers and newsletters to institutional clients
• Assist with strategic business planning and business development initiatives

To succeed in this RFP Investment Analyst role, you should be organised and work well with minimal supervision. You will also require strong analytical skills.

Key Requirements:

• At least three years’ sales support/business development experience in investment management
• A dynamic and outgoing personality with excellent interpersonal skills
• Highly motivated with strong written and verbal communication skills
• Well-organised, conscientious and proactive team player
• Sound knowledge and passionate about investments
• Analytics background with Tableau, Python, etc., is advantageous
