Trade Solutions Analyst

An exciting Trade Solutions Analyst job has just become available at one of the most respected global banking institutions based in Singapore. This is a role for an associate who will support trading solutions business, who owns the sales and advisory as well as execution of equity, fixed income, foreign exchange and structured products.

About the Trade Solutions Analyst Role:
In this business critical role, you will be a team member in the trading solutions COO team based in Singapore.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support projects and initiatives aligned to the business strategies
• Conduct controls and risk assessments, review management controls to ensure the trading solutions business is adequately handled and controlled
• Ensure all applicable bank policies are understood and adhered to
• Ensure successful outcome of audit, regulatory inspections and drive required analysis and changes
• Ensure all business continuity plans are in place and regularly reviewed
• Support implementation of front-line leadership measures (e.g. pricing strategy, investment suitability, best execution, cross functions collaborative business/initiatives, etc.)
• Support comprehensive and accurate documentation of internal procedures

To succeed in this Trade Solutions Analyst role, you will need to be structured in your approach in handling any topic, meticulous in documenting key discussion points, have the ability to manage a meeting and stakeholders of different levels and profiles.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's/honour's degree or equivalent is preferred
• Product experience in derivatives
• Basic understanding of the following asset classes: equity, fixed income, FX derivatives, structured products and proficiency in financial markets
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, sound multitasking abilities
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Proactive with initiative and ability to react quickly to urgent requirements
• Good understanding of front-to-back trade life cycle
