What you'll do:
As the Manager/VP - Accounting and Treasury, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the financial health of the organisation. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include managing accurate accounting records, improving accounting processes, overseeing external audit requirements, preparing regulatory reports, processing payroll, documenting procedures, ensuring timely payments, managing corporate finance activities, monitoring capital structure, maintaining liquidity, and collaborating with other departments. Your expertise in these areas will be crucial in supporting key business decisions.
* Maintain accurate accounting records and ensure timely completion of account closures using accounting software.
* Continuously improve accounting processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
* Oversee external audit requirements to ensure timely completion of annual financial audits.
* Prepare and submit regulatory reports on a quarterly and annual basis.
* Process payroll monthly with accuracy and punctuality.
* Document and update accounting and treasury procedures regularly.
* Ensure timely vendor payments and manage outstanding customer payments.
* Manage corporate finance activities, including budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and analysis.
* Monitor and optimize the company’s capital structure and maintain liquidity to support business operations.
* Collaborate with other departments as needed to support organizational goals.

You are known for your excellent communication skills in English and your ability to submit MAS forms. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English).
* At least 5 years of experience in handling full set accounting.
* Experience In MAS forms submission.
