About the Internal Audit, Associate Role:
In this Internal Audit, Associate role, you will be joining the Internal Audit Department Asia and Oceania Office (IAD) primarily tasked to provide independent assessments of the risk and control environment of the branch, by conducting audits and off-site monitoring.
Key Responsibilities:
- Auditing designated entities in Singapore and in the region where the bank has presence
- Aiding the Lead Auditor in preparing and compiling audit results
- Supporting team members with planning and administrative assistance
- Supporting head office audits on regional offices
To succeed in this role, the right candidate must possess strong analytical problem-solving and multitasking skills. You must be able to prioritise workload with limited supervision and able to work under pressure when faced with tight deadlines.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or any relevant professional discipline
- Certified Internal Auditor or Certified Public Accountant (CIA/CPA) is advantageous
- At least five years of audit experience in Big 4 accounting firm or banking industry
- Willing to travel (approximately once every quarter)
