What you'll do:

As a Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in expanding the Priority Clients portfolio by delivering tailored financial advice through consultative sessions. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve deepening relationships with high-net-worth individuals by sharing timely market information and product insights. You will collaborate closely with your team manager to set ambitious yet achievable targets for new business acquisition while participating in strategic marketing campaigns. By sourcing prospects through various channels—including referrals from colleagues—you will ensure consistent growth in your client network.

  • Conduct professional and consultative financial analysis sessions with clients to understand and address their unique financial needs and objectives.
  • Foster and deepen customer relationships by providing regular updates on market trends and comprehensive analysis of both local and international financial products.
  • Collaborate with team managers to develop monthly plans aimed at achieving or exceeding sales targets for new business acquisition and customer growth.
  • Participate actively in marketing initiatives and promotional activities designed to attract new clients and enhance brand presence within the community.
  • Source individual prospects through networking, referrals, and outreach efforts, ensuring a steady pipeline of potential clients for the Priority Clients segment.

  • Organise and conduct engaging sales presentations for groups such as clubs, associations, companies, and other organisations to showcase available financial solutions.
  • Solicit referrals from internal networks including relationship managers from other divisions, staff members, and cross-functional teams to expand your client base.
  • Uphold exemplary conduct by adhering strictly to regulatory requirements, group values, and codes of conduct while identifying and mitigating risk.
