Head of Compliance

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a seasoned professional to take on the role of Head of Compliance in a leading financial institution - CMS Licensed based in Singapore.

What you'll do:

As the Head of Compliance, you will play a pivotal role in managing the Compliance function.

• Establishing and overseeing the implementation of local and group compliance policies, procedures, systems and controls.
• Reviewing client on-boarding processes, AML in accordance to the regulations
• Main liasion offer with MAS and able to provide advices on transactions
• Analyse transactions and file STRs to relevant Singapore authorities when necessary

• Strong knowledge of both global and local AML/CFT requirements
• Excellent communication skills
• Experiences leading a team will be an advantage
