What you'll do:
As a Compliance Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our client's adherence to legal standards and in-house policies. You will be responsible for enforcing regulations at all levels of business, providing guidance on compliance matters, and collaborating with various departments to monitor these standards. Your role will also involve assessing future ventures to identify potential compliance risks, reviewing colleagues' work for compliance issues, and keeping up-to-date with regulatory developments.
- Ensure the company's adherence to legal standards and in-house policies.
- Enforce regulations in all aspects and levels of business as well as provide guidance on compliance matters.
- Collaborate with corporate counsels and HR departments to monitor enforcement of standards and regulations.
- Assess the business’s future ventures to identify possible compliance risks.
- Review the work of colleagues when necessary to identify compliance issues and provide advice or training.
- Keep abreast of regulatory developments within or outside of the company as well as evolving best practices in compliance control.
