Compliance Director

Our client is a leading player in the cross-border payments platform, delivering real-time payments across bank accounts, wallets, and cash. They are seeking a highly experienced Compliance Director to join their team in Singapore.

What you'll do:

As a Compliance Director, you will be at the forefront of ensuring that our client's operations adhere to all regulatory requirements.

• Assess their Compliance Program and Control Framework
• Perform ongoing due diligence, prepare necessary documents, complete risk assessments and monitor regulatory updates
• Maintain relationships with stakeholders, prepare reports for senior management, and support training activities

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for this Compliance Director position brings more than 10 years' experience in Cross-Border Payments, Fintech and Banking.

• Good understanding of domestic payment schemes in the region will be invaluable
• Driven, proactive, high-energy attitude will be key to your success in this role
• Ability to independently manage, organize and prioritize multiple tasks, projects, responsibilities, and competing priorities
