An exciting Compliance Director - Payment job has become available at a reputable financial services firm based in Singapore. You will report to the Chief Compliance Officer.

About the Compliance Director - Payment Role:
In this role, your key responsibility is to ensure that the business complies with the regulatory regulaotions and requirements in SEA.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement policy development and monitoring and designing regulatory agenda
• Working closely with organisation to develop strategies and advocacy efforts
• Manage the set-up phase of the entity - license application, data localisation and audit requirements
• Prepare management reports and information
• Conduct trainings and updating on the regulatory requirements

To succeed in this Compliance Director - Payment role, you will need at least 10 years of experience in financial services/fintech/payment industry, preferably with coverage in SEA.

Key Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of the regulations in SEA
• Strong leadership skills and understanding of the political and economic environment
• Self-motivated, organised and focus on delivery high-quality delivery
• Strong written and communication skills
