Risk and Compliance Manager

An exclusive Risk and Compliance Manager job has just become available at a reputable international capital market firm. You will report directly to the Risk and Compliance Senior Manager.

About the Risk and Compliance Manager Role:
In this role, you will be responsible in ensuring there is a sufficient regulatory compliance management (RCM) framework in place with adequate oversight and quality assurance. You will be covering the capital markets, wealth management, and investor treasury services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure the RCM remains current, accurate and consistent with approaches taken in other jurisdictions
• Work with the First and Second Lines of Defence to identify the key risks, controls and monitoring to be undertaken
• Utilise project management expertise to manage the coordination and implementation of ongoing enchancements for the global project
• Assist in compliance reporting to committees and boards

To succeed in this Risk and Compliance Manager role, you will need at least three to five years of experiences in risk and compliance within investment banking/wealth/capital market.

Key Requirements:

• Excellent organisational and project management skills
• Experience working in/with Compliance teams
• Ability and willingness to accept accountability, demonstrate initiative, work with limited direct supervision and support effective cross-platform co-operation, information sharing, etc.
• Competent at analysing large data sets
