What you'll do:

As a Client Services Analyst based in Singapore, you will play a pivotal role in connecting clients from around the globe with world-class brokerage services.

  • Respond promptly to client enquiries via multiple channels such as email, ticketing systems, live chat, and phone calls, ensuring every interaction is handled with care and professionalism.
  • Educate clients on proprietary trading platforms and administrative portals to empower them within the self-service business model.
  • Guide clients through the entire trading cycle including funding processes, position transfers, corporate actions, margin calculations, and statement reconciliation.
  • Troubleshoot client issues efficiently by taking ownership of problems, following up diligently, escalating when necessary, and liaising with internal teams such as Legal & Compliance, Risk Management, IT Support, Cashiering, Clearing and other service groups worldwide.
  • Develop strong product knowledge across equities, options, futures, FX and other asset classes to provide accurate information and guidance to clients.
  • Maintain detailed records of client interactions to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  • Collaborate closely with colleagues in middle/back office operations to resolve complex queries related to electronic trading or fund administration.
  • Support advisors and broker-dealers by providing tailored assistance that meets their specific needs within the global marketplace.
  • Contribute to ongoing improvements in client service processes by sharing feedback and participating in training sessions.
  • Promote a culture of inclusivity by engaging respectfully with clients from diverse backgrounds and fostering positive relationships.

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for the Client Services Analyst position brings proven experience from global financial institutions along with a solid academic foundation.

  • Undergraduate degree is required for this role as it demonstrates foundational knowledge relevant to financial services.
  • At least two years’ experience at a global financial institution is preferred; however new graduates who show strong grasp of core competencies may also be considered.
  • Prior experience in client services or middle/back office operations is highly valued as it equips you with practical skills for handling complex queries.
  • Familiarity with compliance procedures or fund administration enhances your ability to navigate regulatory requirements effectively.
  • Strong analytical mindset enables you to assess situations critically while remaining considerate of client needs.
  • Ability to handle stress gracefully ensures you remain dependable during spontaneous or high-pressure situations.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills allow you to build trust-based relationships with clients from diverse backgrounds.
  • Proficiency in equities, options, futures or FX empowers you to provide knowledgeable support across asset classes.
  • Licensing with CMFAS 1A/2A/CM-EIP/CM-SIP is preferred or willingness to obtain these certifications shortly after joining demonstrates commitment to professional development.
  • Experience troubleshooting electronic trading systems or administrative portals adds value by enabling efficient resolution of technical issues.
