An exciting Trade Support Analyst job has just become available at one of the most respected global financial institutions based in Singapore. This is a role for an Trade Support Analyst who is quantitative, analytical, proactive and able to work under pressure.

About the Trade Support Analyst Role:
In this business critical role you will be responsible initiate solutions, take ownership and drive issue remediation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the sales and trading desks by investigating, resolving issues and enquiries related to bookings, breaks
• Manage trade capture, reconciliations, lifecycle management, corporate actions and client servicing
• Support trade allocations and confirmations for institutional clients trading Asian markets and support global products
• Ensure transactions are booked in a timely manner and are reconciled accurately
• Investigate and resolve all trade exceptions and managing client and trading desk queries within the agreed SLAs
• Report and escalate issues appropriately and in a timely manner
• Adhere to control procedures, identifying risk gaps and ensuring controls are implemented to close those gaps
• Scrutinise processes to identify issues within the flows and then working with senior management to drive through change and process enhancements
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, the Front Office and supporting teams
• Be involved in ad hoc projects and liaising with both internal and external counterparts in different regions

To succeed in this role, the candidate would require to be well organized with minimal supervision. The successful candidate would also require strong analytical skills. Relevant experience in a middle office and front office support environment is desirable.

Key Requirements:

• A minimum of five years of experience within the middle office environment
• Relevant middle office/trade support experience in an investment bank
• Bachelor's/honour's degree or equivalent is required
• Proficiency in Microsoft office Excel, Word and Outlook is advantageous
• Ability to be a team player and possesses strong organisational skills
