Event Coordinator

About the Event Coordinator Role:
In this business critical role, you will be responsible for event administration and coordination matters.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle and respond to conference enquiries from internal and external contacts (including internal staff, clients and companies)
• Work with Morgan Stanley Research and Corporate Access teams to track and monitor invitation responses
• Maintain updated profiles/conference requirements for attending corporates and investors
• Meeting scheduling and distribution of meeting schedules to related parties
• Create periodic management reports

To succeed in this Event Coordinator role, you will need to have prior experience with marketing and PR agency.

Key Requirements:

• Mandarin/English speaking
• Experience with event management is preferred
• Good organisational and problem-solving skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong computer skills - Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
