An exciting Client Onboarding Analyst job has just become available at one of the most respected global banking institutions based in Singapore. This is a role for a Client Onboarding Analyst who is a fluent in this field.

About the Client Onboarding Analyst Role:
In this business critical role, you will be responsible for the management, coordination and tracking of completion of periodic reviews.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Front services is responsible for the professional delivery of a variety of support services to the private banking business
  • Handle and oversee name screening
  • Support the front office in completing the KYC periodic reviews and other regulatory remediation requirements
  • Provide guidance to the front office on documentation requirements for periodic reviews
  • Participate in projects/initiatives
  • Review account documentation
  • Support the front office in completing periodic reviews and other regulatory remediation

To succeed in this Client Onboarding Analyst role, you will need to have the ability to work in a wealth management environment.

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum of two to three years’ experience in KYC and client onboarding with private wealth exposure
  • Excellent track record in terms of turnaround and ability to identify key AML/KYC issues
  • Strong Excel, macros and report presentation skills
