Finance Netsuite Solutions Business Partner - 1 Year

Our client is seeking a Finance Netsuite Solutions Business Partner for a one-year contract based in Singapore. What you'll do:

As a Finance Solutions Business Partner, you will be at the forefront of implementing a group-wide ERP system. Your role will involve leading finance configurations and customisations, working closely with various teams to ensure that the system meets business needs. You will also be responsible for leading the migration process from old systems to the new ERP. Your ability to conduct feasibility analyses on new requirements will be crucial in ensuring that there is enough technical bandwidth to deliver on business objectives. Furthermore, you will develop and implement change management strategies to ensure successful user adoption. Lastly, you will develop and deliver training programs for ERP users, providing ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance.

• Lead the implementation of a group-wide ERP system, ensuring continuity with old systems during the transition.
• Suggest and lead configurations and customisations to ensure the success of the ERP system.
• Work closely with IT, Finance and consultants to ensure the ERP meets business needs.
• Lead the migration process liaising directly with IT and the business as we archive old systems and bring online the ERP.
• Conduct feasibility analysis on new requirements ensuring there is enough technical bandwidth to deliver on business objectives.
• Develop and implement change management strategies to ensure successful user adoption.
• Develop and deliver training programs for ERP users.

You have a deep understanding of financial processes and accounting from a system perspective. Your experience working within projects and utilising technical teams has honed your ability to manage complex implementations effectively. Your excellent communication skills enable you to manage stakeholders efficiently, and your strong project management mindset keeps you focused on long-term goals. Your experience with Master Data Management and your ability to understand financial processes & reporting requirements will be crucial in this role. Furthermore, your strong analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with your experience in change management and process improvement methodologies, make you a strong fit for this role.
