Our client is seeking a Finance & Controlling Management Trainee to join their team in Singapore. This is an exciting opportunity for a young individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys managing multiple tasks with competing priorities. The successful candidate will be part of a local finance team, managing all finance and controlling activities covering financial reporting (group and statutory), local compliance report, Trade Affair, Indirect Tax (GST) etc. The salary range for this position is $71,500 to $78,000.

As a Finance & Controlling Management Trainee, your role will be multi-faceted. You will be actively working with various stakeholders and supporting the Finance Manager to ensure efficiency and compliance. - Manage local trade affair compliance matters
- Handle Financial and Management Accounting as well as Government and regulatory reporting
- Oversee financial reporting and control, including Group and Statutory reporting
- Conduct managerial or tax reporting and analysis
- Assist in checking of compliance with internal procedure and controls
- Support local management in the development and analysis of business plans and cost savings opportunities
- Participate in Finance-related projects as assigned

- Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant working experience
- Fluency in English; knowledge of local language is a plus
- Experience with SAP FI/CO is beneficial
- Advanced Excel Skills
- Strong interpersonal skills in a multicultural environment
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Willingness to relocate for overseas assignment
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
